Salamandra, Bentley, Trapster and Hydro- Man broke into the Baxter Building and managed to defeat the Fantastic Four very easily. During this time, Cole began to display gravitational powers causing Salamandra and Bentley to get into an argument over the credit to their daughter's abilities. During the argument, Cole ran away though neither seemed to care. During this time, Salamandra fell for Hydro- Man as evidenced by her taking a bath in him. Cole eventually returned, but had turned on her parents by sneaking the Fantastic Four into the base where Salamandra and her team were defeated and disappeared.[4] She stayed with the Frightful Four, albeit briefly, when she and many of the Fantastic Four's enemies attended a summit hosted by the Puppet Master.
